Movement for Mums

🌻 Pregnant Pauses® is a set of six Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons I am offering, especially adapted for pregnancy. It’s a program created by world renowned Feldenkrais Teacher Alan Questel:

An innovative and unusual approach to movement, Pregnant Pauses® teaches you to use and move your body in a more intelligent, effective and efficient way. Compiled into six different “Pauses” each lesson aims to teach simple movement methods that ease everyday tasks such as getting up and down, sleeping, rolling over and breathing. Pregnant Pauses® increases your energy and improves your quality of life, while helping you adjust to the changes occurring through each stage of your pregnancy. 
It is as simple as doing slow, easy movements, at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home.”

I am a qualified Feldenkrais Practitioner and Pregnant Pauses® teacher and am offering these lessons online via Zoom. (Teaching language is English) 

🌻 Sunday’s at 13:30h Vienna Time online via Zoom

Of course it’s best if it’s possible for you to do all six lessons but it’s not necessary to do them in a specific order, so you can join at any time. You can also repeat the set as many times as you like (or fits into your pregnancy!) It’s interesting and beneficial to see how your experience of yourself and the lessons changes as you grow and your pregnancy develops. 

I am offering this class based on a Pay What You Can philosophy. A suggested guideline is €180-€300 per Series of six Pregnant Pauses® lessons (less is also fine…as is more...really, whatever works best for you)
